Abstract

“2012 China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, The Conference and Workshops for Drama Therapy and Education” was held in Department of Drama at the National Taiwan University of Arts from 9th March, 2012 to 11th March, 2012. Famous contemporary scholars from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan were invited to deliver their keynote speeches in drama therapy and to hold workshops to demonstrate in practice their knowledge. The focus of this conference was to reach a consensus in the application of drama education and drama therapy in order to explore and build up the application of drama in a wider scope. Another focus of this conference was to facilitate the development as well as the recognition of the professionalism of the Association for Drama Therapy across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
