TEFO has been actively bridging the international and local fields of applied theatre and drama education by facilitating exchange tours across the world, inviting practitioners from overseas to speak here in Hong Kong, and connecting Hong Kong practitioners to share their practice to the international community.
As the only member of the International Theatre and Drama Education Association (IDEA) from Hong Kong, we hope that we can represent the community well on the international stage.
TEFO has always cherished these valuable overseas connections, and we hope we can connect them to local practitioners so that they can see how our practice is evolving around the world, and perhaps closing the distance between international boundaries to start collaborations with different cultures and practices.
