How do you envision TEFO’s work in the future?
As the Elected Members’ Representative, I hope I can represent TEFO Members’ different voices and opinions about the organization, whether it be their needs, expectations and what activities they would like to see held by the organization. I hope I can facilitate the communication between TEFO members and the organization to develop, so that the membership system can grow better as well as the development of drama education as a whole field. I know this isn’t a goal that can be achieved overnight, and can only be done step-by-step.
